Individual coaching (Six 2-hr sessions)

Service Description

These are 12 hours to be used as you need. This is designed as six 2-hr sessions scheduled as you like weekly or monthly for shifting you out of your shadow, reaffirming your goals and breaking you through for the next month. The session you schedule first will be the regular time. Please indicate your frequency by email if you prefer this weekly or monthly.
