The shift is a two part session. The first session takes between three and four hours where we set up what your shadow looks like visually so you can process it emotionally. You will also need to have that night clear just for your personal work to allow a new vision to arrive as you reflect and create a vision board. The second session is a vision session at last two hours where you show me the illustrated vision of your new chapter.

The feedback of the people that go through this is that this was profoundly different because it was working directly with the biological and hereditary pattern as we validated in the hand analysis. While these programs were insightful and transformative, many largely build a better understanding of your patterns. This knowledge is excellent to bring to this process. The Shift works on a wholesale level by working directly with the pattern of your nervous system as revealed through your fingerprint pattern. First we revisit your understanding and bring your current view of the life pattern referring to the hand analysis. Then we go a level deeper into imagery of the pattern. This decouples the episode of the image and feeling of the pattern. This allows you to process the feeling that inevitably was making you a victim of it as you avoided it. Then you break through.

You will certainly know. You will feel a rejuvenating sense of lightness and well being. When the images no longer trigger you, you will feel exalted like a good cry (though crying is not necessary, but happens as the body adjusts to the new you).

No, trauma is just your body’s way of holding onto stressful situations. If you do anything stressful for 28 days it starts to get habituated in your body and so this process is releasing the stress that ultimately results in a deep rejuvenation from your mind and body.

Yes. It is a known fact that as you hold stress you become ragged and aged. As the body’s natural resources are cut off in order to manage the stress. The reverse is also true. As you release stress you release the body’s aging process and again to bring new life into areas that have been previously blocked. This is very visible before the shift and after.
